“Excellent work…but missed several appointments for varous reasons and communication breakdown between workers and the boss caused delay in completing the work. Value would be very good if not for having to arrange for someone at the house for appointments that were missed by Rodriguez. All said, I would use again because of Mr. Rodriguez’s postive attitude and eventually making things right.”

“Alvaro and his crew were fantastic. They started and ended when they said they would and the workmanship was incredible. They had two difficult issues with this job….they had to tear out some old tile with sub-flooring that had to be replaced before they could lay the flooring. They also had to make existing flooring ‘match’ the new flooring. They did & it looks great today. I would recommend them to anyone. ”

There was quite a bit of stain splatter on our walls which had just been painted (some splatters high on the wall); stain on some of the baseboards looked splattered on and uneven, and in the corner it looked as if the stain puddled and then was finised over. A couple other areas were not quite as we hoped.”
